Quran Program for Adults
Book 1
Begin your journey with The Quran. Starting from the alphabet, the student will progress through to reading from The Quran at a basic level.
Duration: 1 Term
This level is suitable for beginner students.
Book 2
Improve on your fluency and connection with The Quran in this practical based course. The student will acquire the tools to build fluency and accuracy as well as learning fundamental Tajweed rules to beautify their recitation.
Duration: 2 Term
This level is suitable for students who are able to read from the Quran at a basic level.
Book 3 iRead
iRead - Read The Quran the way it was meant to be recited. The student will implement the tajweed rules and perfect their recitation, by using Quranic symbols, in this practical based course.
Duration: 1 Term
This level is suitable for fluent readers.
Book 3 Theory
An intense study of the rules of tajweed. This course will give the student an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the rules of tajweed.
Duration: 2 - 3 Term
This level is suitable for fluent readers who are interested in teaching.
Memorisation
Embark on your journey to memorise The Book of Allah. Memorise The Quran at your own pace, while learning the tips, and implementing a system that will facilitate your progression through The Quran.
Duration: On-going
This level is suitable for fluent readers who implement all the rules of tajweed.
Advanced Tajweed
Perfect your recitation, and complete a comprehensive, and in-depth study of the rules of tajweed, in preparation to receive certification.
Duration: 5 Term
Qualified applicants only - Testing essential
Course Details:
Term Duration: 10 weeks
Class duration: 1.5hrs per week
Applicants will undergo testing in order for them to be placed in the most suitable class.
Memorisation Program for Children
Enrol your child in our part-time Quran memorisation Program.
When: Every Wednesday from 6.00 pm to 7.30 pmWho: Boys ages 8 - 15
Where: UMA Masjid (19 Enterprise Ave Padstow 2211)
Cost: $150 per 10 week term
Students must be able to read from the Quran to enrol into this program.
