This module gives a general introduction to the study and terminology of Usul Al-Fiqh and the sources of Islamic jurisprudence including the Qur'an, and the Sunnah.
Principles of Fiqh II
This module gives a general introduction to the study and terminology of Usul Al-Fiqh and the sources of Islamic jurisprudence including the Qur'an, the Sunnah, Ijma, Qiyas, Istihsan, and Ijthad.
Principles of Fiqh III
This module describes the Shariah values (Hukm), the pillars of the Hukm, and the methods that the scholars use to interpret laws and overcome conflicts of evidences. Also, this module gives a general introduction to the study and terminology of Usul Al-Fiqh and the Rules of Interpretation, the Amm, the Khass, the Mutlaq, the Muqayad, also understanding the principles of commands and prohibition and the Naskh.
